No matter what your age or condition, Pilates will work for you teaching you body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Improving core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain and enhance your athletic performance. Golfers, runners, even tennis players use Pilates in their workouts to prevent injury and enhance their game!

Pilates Reformer classes require previous Reformer experience prior to joining a group class. We have a special Reformer prep which consists of 2 private 50 minute sessions. These 2 sessions will familiarize you with the equipment, breathing techniques, proper form, and the audial cues for your future work in the Reformer Group classes. 2 Sessions for $85.00

With the added resistance of the Pilates Reformer, you will build on your strength and alignment. Our group classes are limited to 4 people. This provides you with more interaction with the instructor and a better overall workout.

Beginner Reformer - This class is for Beginners. Class is taught at a slow steady pace. Teaches the basic functionality of the Reformer and fundamental moves.

Level 1 Reformer - Reformer Level 1 is for those who are acquainted with the Pilates reformer and familiar with body alignment and terminology used during a Pilates workout. Level 1 will build on the fundamentals learned in the Beginner class, progressed to your fitness level.

Intermediate  Reformer - Building on the fundamentals of the Beginner class and the expertise acquired in Level 1, Intermediate takes you through a more challenging routine.

Mat Class is the very foundation of the Pilates method. Learn the basics of breathing, engaging your powerhouse, control, centering, along with the flow and transition of one movement to the next. Pilates Mat is the perfect class for anyone wanting to engage core strengthening into their workout routine. You will learn to listen to your body and continue to challenge yourself throughout each class. We Fuse our class with props such as Magic Circles, straps, bricks and hand weights to provide extra challenge.
